‘Lead to Serve’

This programme will enlighten the participants with a road map to understand how well they could achieve goals by getting the best out of themselves. It will also inspire the participants to perform in a challenging environment for them to get the best by leading their respective teams to achieve the shared goal. Moreover, to have a purpose, focus and a work-life balance in whatever the task undertaken by the individuals both in their official, social and personal life. It will persuade the participants for a behavioural change with regard to how in a given environment one should focus the energy for a purpose, demonstrate team work, be more productive, build confidence, work with an entrepreneur mind-set, have a positive outlook towards life, manage change, lead and serve the organisation, together with a passion.

Training Methodology

Combinations of mini-lectures open forum discussions, relating success stories, individual and group assignments. This two day educational and inspirational workshop to be conducted to the members with 36 nos. (6 nos. into 6 groups) in a batch. The learning style adopted will be a combination of mini-lectures, open forum discussions, world-wide examples, individual and group assignments. This will be an interactive programme, which requires a high degree of audience participation.

1. Building relationships with team members.

2. The understanding of inner abilities and redefine self success.

3. Getting the best out of one’s own self and thereby lead and inspire the teams to work smarter to enhance productivity.

4. Maximisation of resources; Money, Time and Effort for best possible results.

5. Planning towards achieving organisational goals with an entrepreneur mind set.

6. Creating a ‘Centre of Expertise culture (CoE)’in leading a team.

7. Synergise as effective team players in the organisation to achieve overall objective.

8. Learn to lead through continuous improvement.

9. Setting standards in one’s own role as an effective team leader of the organisation to achieve the shared goal.
