Business – The present primary focus of the company is to enhance the ‘service quality’ standards of all organisations locally and globally who seek its services. Moreover, it is involved in other related inspirational workshops with the norm that ‘happy employees will create happy customers’.

Given the present focus the company offers services to design, conduct training programmes and key note address on customer satisfaction and employee motivation. SIPCOM-1 also engages in consultancy work on mystery customer and employee satisfaction surveys, fact finding/health check investigations, process improvements and reengineering needed to enhance organisational effectiveness.

SIPCOM-1(PVT) LTD – a company focusing on total people development is housed at 102/1 6-4, Rosmead Place, Colombo 07. The company promotes in-house and public programmes mostly on ‘service quality’, exclusively designed and conducted by Dhammika Kalapuge who has an easy fluency to facilitate programmes either in English or Sinhala languages.
